Main Features£º
¡ñThe whole process of the frame bending
can be controlled automatically including forward and backward feeding,
bending, resilience and elongation compensation, marking the marks
where they are needed such as on the start and end points, longitudinal
profile lines and the water line etc, and also can be manually controlled
to bend frame.
¡ñA special designed clamp mechanism can
meet the different curves, either"bending over flange"or"bending
over web", as well as the "S"shape, it prevents from
the distortion corrugation, and side bending in the bending process.
¡ñThe transport mechanism driven by the hydraulic
cylinder and motor enables the frame feeding with section or the whole
length upon the request. A computer-controlled block-preventer is
designed to assure the forward or backward feeding smoothly and greely,
delete any block and obstruction during theprocess.
¡ñThe close-loop real-time adaptive control
system can preestimate, calculate, detect and compensate the resilience
and elongation automatically during the bending which make sure the
high bending accuracy and best curve quality.
¡ñThe advanced CNC system and the user-friendly
interface will provide you a dynamic display and tracing function
with easy operation and direct visibility. |
